The 9th Biennial Convention of ASNA

The Biennial ASNA Conventions provided opportunity for communication and exchange of knowledge amongst ASEAN neurologists. The 1st Convention was held in Manila, Philippines in 1995, 2nd in Singapore in 1997, 3rd in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 1999, 4th in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2001, 5th in Cebu, Philippines in 2003.

About ASNA

ASEAN Neurological Association or ASNA was established in 1994 in Fort Illocandia, Laoag City, Philippines by the national neurological organizations of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand and representative from Brunei. Vietnam joined ASNA in 1997, Myanmar in 1999 while Laos and Cambodia have not officially joined ASNA, though have been taking part in several scientific activities.
